Finance implementation The cash-flow model and the KPI dashboard together, plus a monthly-report routine that reads your accounting export. $850
Monthly reporting Each month, both models are updated from your export, with a one-page commentary and room for questions by email. $199/mo

How the work runs

  1. Scoping

    You write with the service in mind. The reply sets out which records are needed, what the work includes, and what it leaves out.

  2. Build

    You send the figures. The model is prepared on those figures and walked through with you.

  3. Handover

    You receive the files. Where the agreed scope includes a revision, that revision is part of the same engagement.
